JAG Fitness is a truly unique model of Personal Training in that there is no set routine or program. Each client is approached as an individual. Specific needs and abilities are taken into account as JAG guides each client to get exactly what they want.

Contact JAG to set up a Discovery Session, which is $20.  It consists of a mutual interview wherein JAG can determine if he can help you and you determine if you want to work with him. No pressure or commitment is implied, but if you do decide to go forward and train with JAG, the $20 is applied to the cost of your first session. 


JAGfit Transformation

I have created a program to get people started on the path of a healthy lifestyle. This is a requirement for anyone wanting to improve their fitness. If someone is eating a terrible diet, is stressed out and not sleeping well, then it will do no good to exercise; it will more than likely do more harm than good to exercise until the lifestyle is addressed. I work closely with clients to adjust their lifestyle before I ever ask them to do any exercise. So I put together a follow-along-at-home program that replicates all of the steps I take with clients who come to me looking to change their bodies and get fit and healthy. I call it The Foundation and it is based on my Eight Pillars of Health that need to be in place to support energy, vitality and fitness.

The full JAG Fit Transformation program lasts three months.

Each day you will receive an email with another step towards living a healthy and fit lifestyle. You'll get daily support, education and affirmations. Each email will teach you a bit more of the big picture and you'll be given assignments and activities to gradually get you into the habit of thinking and acting like a fit and healthy person. Once you start, it snowballs; and your life will become more and more healthy and it will require less and less effort and bring you more and more rewards. The challenge is to get that momentum started on your own. You'll do that with this program.

Your body responds to what you do with it. Once you start following the simple advice and doing the activities laid out in the JAG Fit Transformation Program, you will start to notice more energy. You may also notice you're sleeping better. You could also notice your skin and eyes seem fresher and brighter. Your body will start to change and become the body of a more fit, athletic person. You will be more healthy, and it will show.
